How we handle personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
When you contact us through a form on this site, we collect the name, email address or phone number you provide, and the content of your message. We do not ask for NRIC numbers, financial details or medical reports.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange appointments and contact you
- To understand what you would like help with, so we can arrange a suitable practitioner
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Storage and security
Enquiry records are stored on our own server and are visible only to staff who need them to handle your enquiry. Form submissions log the IP address only as an irreversible hash, to prevent spam. The whole site runs over HTTPS and the admin console requires its own account and password.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Message us on WhatsApp at +65 8925 4913.
Photos and reviews
We publish a client’s photo, video or review only with that client’s clear consent, and you can ask us to take it down at any time.
